A seamless expansion of an existing single-family home, designed so the addition reads as though it's always been part of the house. New space includes a reimagined first floor with open kitchen and living areas, a garage, and bedroom suite, plus a second-floor bedroom addition and a welcoming wraparound covered porch.

Every detail — siding, trim, roofline, columns, window styles — was matched to the existing structure, blending old and new into one cohesive home. Energy-conscious construction meets 2009 IECC standards, and a stamped concrete patio with retaining wall ties the addition to the landscape outside.
