A large indoor multi-sport facility built around a full-size synthetic-turf soccer field of roughly 61,000 square feet (306′-8″ × 200′-0″), paired with four regulation 94′ × 50′ basketball courts suited to multi-sport play. A long service spine along the front organizes three team rooms with attached locker and restroom facilities, a 3,200-square-foot fitness gym, equipment and mechanical space, and a flexible expansion bay. Public-facing amenities — a retail shop and a café/lounge with seating at the entry — give the complex a social, club-house character. The building presents as a clean blue-and-white metal volume anchored by a masonry entry tower carrying the Capelli Sport branding and a glazed, canopied main entrance.
